Meet Your Provider

Hey guys! My name is Breshelle, and I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience caring for patients with diabetes, chronic conditions, and complex healthcare needs.

My journey in healthcare began in 2011 after graduating from Mercer County Community College as a registered nurse. I continued my education, earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Thomas Edison State University in 2015 and my Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2018.

Throughout my career, diabetes care has remained a passion. I began working with individuals living with diabetes as a nurse and continued this focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner in family and internal medicine. I have completed advanced training in diabetes management and metabolic health, with a focus on helping patients better understand and improve their overall wellness.

My experience includes caring for patients in outpatient settings, as well as homebound individuals, assisted living communities, and nursing facilities. I believe healthcare should be personalized, accessible, and centered around the individual—not just the diagnosis. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients take control of their health, improve metabolic wellness, and achieve lasting results.
